Well, copper has been used in traditional brewing for a really long
time, and I haven't heard of anyone dying of it.

Anyway, they say that the yeast needs some trace amounts of copper for
effective reprouction, so I assume it will eat most of it. Then it
settles down to the bottom of your bucket, and you leave the yeast and
copper behind when you bottle.

It will be beer anyway
