Hard to say when I don't know how much beer you are brewing, what else
is going into it, or what kind of beer you are aiming at.
Sugar makes the beer stronger, less tasty, and drier. In too big
quantities it is said to give a cidery flavour to the beer, but I
wouldn't worry about that, not if you only have half a kilo to deal
with, and if you are brewing 10 liters or more.
Dump it all in, use half, or leave it out altogether,
it will be beer anyway
