Of course you can live with it - all that happens is that your beer
won't be as powerful as you expect. If you really need the alcohol in
it, you can do as many belgians do, and add some sugar in the fermenter.
Just boil it for a few minutes, coold down, and dump in. Half a kilo
might be reasonable. naturally, that will not give much good taste, and
overdoing it will result in not so exciting beer. Your best bet is not
to worry, because
it will be beer anyway
