You are aiming too high!
And besides, a "pomade" sounds like it would *not* solve the problem of
fat spoiling the head of the beer. But the "bacon salt" sounds promising,
as they call it "low sodium, zero calorie, zero fat, vegetarian and kosher
seasoning"! No salt, no fat, and politically correct!
I would like to get hold of some, and see if it wouldn't be used to brew some
beer anyway
