Det er nok en maltekstrakt som er en "medium" farve, altså EBC 20. Reelt kan du nok bruge enhver lys malt-ekstrakt, men pas på at du ikke får fat i en som er humlet allerede.
Jeg ville nok bare bruge spraymalt, som du jo lettere kan veje af uden at skulle åbne dåser mm.
