That is standard procedure for me. Almost(?) every time I keg a beer, I tie a
hop bag to the output pipe, so it stays under the surface when the keg is
full, and hangs up to drip the last juices into the beer when the keg is half
empty. But I am a hop head, and like hoppy
beer anyway
