Your beer has been boiled, and you did take care of sanitation, so there should be nothing in it to spoil it. Besides, it contains alcohol and hops, both of which pretect against unwanted bugs, at least a bit. If it had been a question of many weeks or months, I would recommend raking it into another bucket, so as not to have too many dead yeast cells in it, they can give a slight off flavor. In any case, if you have a cooler place, that will help to clarify the beer. But if not, even at room temperature, a few more weeks will not harm anything, and may improve things. The only real problem is that then it takes longer before you can get to enjoy your beer anyway -H -- Heikki Levanto "In Murphy We Turst" heikki (at) lsd (dot) dk _______________________________________________ Brygforum mailing list Brygforum@lists.haandbryg.dk http://lists.haandbryg.dk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/brygforum To get off the list, send a blank mail to brygforum-unsubscr...@lists.haandbryg.dk Frameld fra listen, send en tom mail til brygforum-unsubscr...@lists.haandbryg.dk
