Hi Dan, Thanks for your note. We did test for compatibility with several browsers and corrected several issues. This effect did not come up in our testing. We appreciate your bringing it up. We've received approximately 170 completed surveys to date. There are over 140 responses to question 8 (optional email address). The longest is 36 characters. I'll see if we can modify the survey in place to set a non-zero text size for that question.
