OK, we've incorporated a number of comments. We're now up to 18 questions.

Again- this is just a test version. You don't need to complete this version,
only provide comments.
We will release the final copy to the translation teams on Tuesday (tomorrow)
with publication on Friday. This is a short survey so all translations
should easily be done by next Monday (Sept. 12)
We anticipate letting the survey run until the end of the month (Sept 30).
