1) Is there are any more russian people who suggest a help in translation project? 2) How can I begin? Is there are any plans to translate a project? 3) Is BSDCert need to translate exam question, or only proclamation http://www.bsdcertification.org/downloads/pr_20051005_certreq_bsda_en_en.pdf or any other? 4) Where I can get source of this proclamation?
