Bruce Eckels did get back to me and briefly noted that he's had issues with lulu (he didn't elaborate on the specifics). He also put me in contact with the person who handles all of his publishing details who I'm still waiting to hear back from. Anyone on this list use lulu before or know someone who has and would be willing to talk about their experience?
