The following is the first status report for the BSDA Book Study Guide 
project at http://bsdwiki.reedmedia.net/

- 44 people registered as wiki users
- 509 commits (wiki updates) by 27 users
- 16 users with at least 5 commits
- 4 users with at least 25 commits
- approximately 15 people signed up as authors or technical reviewers and 
doing writing
- 27 sections have an author signed up
- 37 sections have at least one technical reviewer signed up (42 total 
technical reviewers)
- 49 sections have at least an author or technical reviewer signed up
- approximately 32 sections have topic in progress
- approximately 20 sections have significant content (and maybe almost 
finished)
- 104 sections total -- all with concept prewritten
- approximately 12 sections have new content that do not have an author or 
technical reviewer assigned
- 9 PDF files generated
- book as of yesterday is 118 total printed pages, 108 content pages, only 
1.5 page index
- 432 PDF files downloaded (subtracting 590 from someone's broken 
"Download Master")
- Table of Contents wiki page downloaded 500 times

### Next two deadlines ###

- January 15: Authors sign up for topic and rewrite or write introductory 
paragraph for topic and/or write an outline for topic by January 15.
- January 22: Two technical reviewers sign up for each topic by January 
22.

I want to thank all of you who have provided great feedback and/or started 
writing. It is much appreciated.

By the way, at least some of the authors and technical reviewers are not 
on this bsdcert list. This list has over 700 subscribers.
