I am talking about the below FAQ on the BSDCG site:

Q05: Will certification be available in my country?

A: Our ultimate goal is to provide a globally recognized certification in
languages other than English. Of course, in order to achieve this, we will
need translators! If you would like to see BSD Certification in your native
language, see the Sponsors page for details on becoming a translator."

Now i am suprised with your answer?

yes, i know enderunix ;-)

You want to translate the BSDA certification to turkish or just the  
documents we have?
I think there is, at the moment, no plan to translate the  
Certification itself into another language.
