We're starting to put together the event schedule for 2010. So far we have
confirmed the following conferences:

NYCBUG, NYC, NY: February 7, 12:00
SCALE, Los Angeles, CA: February 19-21, time TBD
AsiaBSDCon, Tokyo, Japan: March 11-14, time TBD
LinuxFest NorthWest, Bellingham, WA: April 25, time TBD
BSDCan, Ottawa, ON: May 13-14, time TBD
Southeast LinuxFest, Spartanburg, SC: June 12-13, time TBD

These all show at
https://register.bsdcertification.org//register/register-for-an-exam/select-an-exam-location-and-time
so you can register your seat. As the specific times and room numbers are
confirmed, the event details will be added to the Events page on that website.

We're giving lots of notice as many people indicate at conference booths that
they'd like to take the exam but need time to study.

Are you attending or organizing a conference not on this list? Let us know so
we can arrange for an exam room.

Is your school, employer, or user group willing to host an exam event? If so,
contact me and we'll make the necessary arrangements to advertise the event and
get the exams and a proctor to the location.

Are you currently certified? If so, don't forget to join the linked in group at
http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=1600807 and let others know that you're BSDA
certified.

Are you still waiting to be certified? You can still join the general linked in
group at http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=1600767 to let others know about
your interest in BSD and BSD certification and to network with others with the
same interests.

Cheers,

Dru
