The study dvd has all that on it, including the virtual environment and all
applicable notes.
It's tailor made for the study programme, so it might be advantageous to just go
with that.

I agree with David. The DVD was customized to ease doing exactly what
you aim to do.
You could certainly do it yourself, but the DVD will save you a lot of
time and hassles.
