Ad [jira], Issues and Open (!) Issues ...

Hi there, Unfortunately, I have not been able to figure out how to configure jira at all! :( Also, I have no idea where and how to configure jira to forward all new issues and changes to existing issues automatically to myself or (even better) the developer list. If any of you know the appropriate magic, please excercise it! :) Another little problem: the available "versions" are "Unreleased Versions" and indented underneath: "BSF-3". No "BSF-2.x" entry (and I cannot find a menu option to edit the versions). Also, assigning an issue to one of the committers (like myself) is something I would like to be able to do.
