Cannot create null Javascript Objects

It's not currently possible to create a null Javascript object using the
declareBean() method.
This works fine for Jexl and BeanShell.
The problem seems to be in the JavaScriptEngine#declareBean() method; calling
Context.toObject() when bean.bean is null does not work.
