The 'btcnet' package has been renamed to 'chaincfg' and moved to the btcd repo under the 'chaincfg' directory (https://github.com/btcsuite/btcd/tree/master/database).
This is part of the code migration and reorganization that has been previously mentioned in the document linked in the associated issue at https://github.com/btcsuite/btcd/issues/214.
