Well at least we know why the lifetime and maxkick options are in there now. :-) As long as transactions aren't lost too often it's an okay workaround for us.

Oy, PG leaks too? I'll keep messing with Devel::Leak and see how far I can get.

I've not heard of that problem affecting anyone, but you should
run the script on that page (s/mysql/pg) and see what you get.

What version of DBD::Pg? It has had leaks too....
