Solutia aceea exemplara este tot rezultatul unor proteste. Cam in urma cu un an, daca nu ma insel, a fost un scandal mare in legatura cu faptul ca se apucasera sa distruga fundatia Teatrului National pentru a face loc noului building. Culmea e ca solutia cu preluarea temei fatadei vechiului teatru si pasajul subteran care sa pastreze vechea fundatie au aparut in timp foarte scurt, ceva de ordinul saptaminilor. Totusi linga Sf. Iosif este greu sa gasesti astfel de rezolvari.
