Planul Urbanistic Iancu de Hunedoara 48 inseamna un mastodont de 70 de metri langa o casa veche de 10 metri. Constructia se afla in Zona Protejata Caderea Bastiliei ce prevede o inaltime maxima de 13 metri. Trebuie mentionat faptul ca fundatia si primele niveluri au fost deja turnate pentru o inaltime mai mica, iar acum constructorul doreste sa realizeze mai multe etaje pe aceeasi fundatie. Acest lucru poate duce la prabusirea cladirii. Planul Urbanistic Serban Voda 225 prevede un bloc de aproximativ 50 de metri si 12 etaje langa Cimitirul Bellu, unde se pot construi maximum 4 etaje. Din pacate, deciziile de ieri ale Consiliul General vor avea consecinte fara ca cineva sa fie tras la raspundere.. . la fel ca in cazul celor care au aprobat Planurile Urbanistice de la Biserica Armeneasca sau Catedrala Sfantul Iosif. Singura speranta este ca noi, opinia publica – cetateni si presa – sa prezentam aceste decizii drept ceea ce sunt, hotarari cu efecte grave pe termen lung care vor lasa generatiilor urmatoarea un oras mai poluat, mai urat si mai periculos.
