Ask Questions 3

The expression ÊDz»ÊÇ (sh¨¬ b¨² sh¨¬) literally means: be not be.

It can be used to raise questions when the speaker wants to confirm what she
already believes.

ÊDz»ÊÇ can be placed at the beginning of the sentence, at the end of the
sentence or between the subject and the predicate. For example:

You love her. n¨« ¨¤i t¨¡
Äã °® Ëý ¡£
you love her

You love her, don't you? sh¨¬ b¨² sh¨¬ n¨« ¨¤i t¨¡

ÊÇ ²» ÊÇ Äã °® Ëý £¿
be not be you love her

or n¨« sh¨¬ b¨² sh¨¬ ¨¤i t¨¡
Äã ÊÇ ²» ÊÇ °® Ëý £¿
you be not be love her

or n¨« ¨¤i t¨¡ sh¨¬ b¨² sh¨¬
Äã °® Ëý £¬ ÊÇ ²» ÊÇ £¿
you love her be not be

Everything clear, ÊDz»ÊÇ?

As usual, if you have any doubt or question, please feel free to reply and ask.

Greetings,
Giuseppe
