1.      Sales Dept. Head

Responsibilities :
Acquire new customers.
Maintain and develop relationship with all customers.

Qualification :
30 - 35 years old
Minimum S1 with background education from Marketing or Business.

Take charge individual who can double company's existing business
Entrepreneurial abilities: effective leader who can guide the team
Proven abilities in all aspects of the sales process through pre-call 
preparation, interpersonal and
closing
Proficient in English

 
 

2.      Vice Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of sales and marketing plan to achieve sales 
volume and market share
target
Monitor and review market condition and prepare counter action.
Analyze and propose programs to improve sales and marketing performance.
Manage the operational of sales and marketing activities.
Negotiate with customers in terms of commercial condition.
Lead and control sales and marketing programs as scheduled.
 
Qualification:

33 - 35 years old
Minimum S1 with background education from Marketing or Business.
At least 8 - 10 years professional experience to lead in sales and marketing
Strong background in retail and distribution
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently, and also as part of a team
Proficient in English
