Shutdown delay

Bug description:
Dont know what is going with budgie but on my ssd after i press the shutdown
key the interface is staying on another 5-10 seconds before entering the
shutdown post
(have a ssd and on others destro's line ubuntu mate linux mint after i
press/choose to close the pc the post screen will come in 0,5 sec)
