[Bug-apl] Limit what )LIB shows

Greetings,

)LIB should only show .xml and .apl files and not any other files.  For
example:

      )LIB
Devices.xml       KeyedFiles.apl    box.xml  boxing.apl        Editor.apl~
      Editor.xml        gg


 Editor.apl~ and gg should not be displayed.  )LIB displays workspaces and
not files.
