Hi Blake,
I removed ⍫ from SHIFT-ALT-G.
I left ⍙ on the SHIFT-ALT-H key because in my opinion SHIFT-ALT-. makes
no sense at all,
while ⍙ = SHIFT-∆ does.
So the keyboard layout shown in ]KEYB and also the config files shipped
with GNU APL
have ⍙ in two places.
