[Bug-apl] Java/JNI bindings

Would anyone have a recent implementation of JNI bindings for libapl?
Elias did write a rather old implementation for Android based on libapl 1.4;
but I couldn't get it to work with 1.7. Let me know, I'm targeting Java 11 on
Linux/x86_64. Thank you.
