Okay, the copyright clerk told me that the assignment is available. I've added the text about Texinfo mode to the AUCTeX manual; except for the part about the shortcomings of Texinfo mode. Currently the new text is a part of the appendix because it does not really fit into the main part. That's also why I had to adapt the sectioning. I'll make some corrections and changes over the coming days. By the way, which email address did you use for the assignment. Hotmail or Gmail?
