M runs the command calendar-lunar-phases (found in calendar-mode-map),
which is an interactive autoloaded compiled Lisp function in
‘lunar.el’.

It is bound to M, <down-mouse-2> <Lunar phases>, <menu-bar> <Sun/Moon>
<Lunar Phases>.

(calendar-lunar-phases &optional EVENT)

Create a buffer with the lunar phases for the current calendar window.
If EVENT is non-nil, it’s an event indicating the buffer position to
use instead of point.
