Hello Dan,

Thanks for the bug report.  Autoconf 2.61 was not prepared for the
"fun" idea Apple had with letting the linker create those pesky
*.dSYM directories and leaving them behind all over the place.  
Autoconf 2.62 will be prepared, and it should appear soonish.
It would be nice if you could retest it then.
