As I see at
http://www.mail-archive.com/bug-automake@gnu.org/msg01120.html there was
a discussion about using Flex with Automake.
My problem is, that in a single project I have several *.l files, each
generating its own .h and .c file and that's why I have %option
prefix="" in the .l files. Unfortunately Automake somehow does not
create the .h file .
However the patch described at the link above does fix it. Can you
please integrate it in the next release of Automake?
