In this case, "correctly" is doing a lot of work. It would be more accurate
to say "it should be interpreted in the same way that I do."
There's nothing wrong with you having your interpretation. Other people,
including the FSF, have a definition that is, in their view, more user-
centric (by which I mean they consider freedoms you, as a user of GNU
software, have to pass onto your users).
