As stated on the list info page, bug-bash distributes "bug reports and
fixes for, and suggestions for improvements in BASH" to the maintainers.
The post was a suggestion for improvement: a loadable builtin that
provides chaining trap handlers (LIFO) instead of overwriting. I was
seeking technical feedback from maintainers and contributors on the
design and whether it could have a place in core Bash.
