Confirmed this bug still occurs with `GNU windres (GNU Binutils) 2.23.2` on OS
X 10.8. Bug is now three years old, happy to help fix it if someone would give
me a pointer.
I fixed it by adding L in front of all my strings in the RC, however I am loath
to do this because it means when compiling from Windows MingW it won't work or
will require additional flags (don't know which yet).
