I think I even knew that at one point.
File symbols don't have a usable value.
Could their value be the start of the text section for that file?
[Not perfect of course, and it doesn't help with existing binaries,
and how does a consumer know that that's what the value is, and so on.
Just a thought to try to make things a little bit better.
Maybe someday (I'm a dreamer sometimes) the global community will work towards
making each language's demangling scheme unique and identifiable across all
languages.]
