Hi Matthew,
I have checked in a patch to fix these failures.
You were correct, the patch to limit section alignment does not work for
COFF/PE based ARM targets as that already has different alignment handling code
built in to obj-coff.c.
After fixing that though, a couple of the testcases still failed, so I have
adjusted them for COFF/PE targets as well.
