Also, many targets incorrectly make _DYNAMIC, _GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_ and
_PROCEDURE_LINKAGE_TABLE_ absolute. No doubt because implementations blindly
copied the old x86 code which used to do that for compaitibility with other
ancient linkers.
