Hi Nate,

  I believe that the confusion arose because the id_aa64mmfr2_el1 register
encodes support for various ARM v8.2 architecture features (LSMAOC, UAO, LVA). 
But you are right - it should be readable from plain v8-a binaries as well.

  I have applied your suggested patch.
