Ha - I had the wrong filename. Sorry about and thanks for the fix.

It should not affect any other target OS. The -f option to rm stops it from
complaining if the file does not exist, and libdel.dll.a will only be built for
Windows based systems, so there should be no problems.
I have gone ahead and applies your version of the patch.
