On Fedora 36, some CTF tests failed with GCC 12 when binutils is compiled with
-O0:
FAIL: Conflicted data syms, partially indexed, stripped, with variables
FAIL: Conflicted data syms, partially indexed, stripped
These 2 tests may need -O2.
