Closing due to lack of any progress, and likely there is/was some sanity
checking on number of sections in win32. The file format does restrict number
of sections to 64k, but the testcase in comment #2 has 101 sections using a
recent i686-w64-mingw32-gcc, suspiciously just over 100..
