Your testcase doesn't match anything in the referenced source; the closest I
can see there is
"leaq 1f(%%rip), %%rax" "\n\t"
yet the difference (whether or not (%%rip) is appended to 1f) is what I would
expect to make things work. In fact that code was changed in this very way
almost three years ago.
I'm inclined to conclude: Not an issue anymore with the code brought into
proper shape. Please confirm.
