I see the following after binutils-2.42 (2.42 is OK) up to trunk:
> 5345:FAIL: Run pr18841 with libpr18841c.so
> 5346:FAIL: Run pr18841 with libpr18841cn.so (-z now)
(I originally mentioned this in PR31100 but I think that's a separate/older
problem that is now fixed(?), at least I can't reproduce it w/ 2.42.)
