Hi,
it seems to me FDPIC support was never implemented in the C library.
I think the default should be changed to Binfmt FLAT.
When I use following patch with binutils 2.44:

The resulting Kernel boots up fine in Qemu 6.0.1.
Init unfortunately still fails.
