On the fedrawhide buildbot VM, it looks like the binutils-gdb build with
the clang toolchain is invoking
% readelf --wide --debug-dump=loc tmpdir/dump
where the input binary, while cute 6944 byte file, attached, makes even normal
f42 readelf go into an infinite loop. That generates an infinite amount of
dump text into the buildbot filesystem. (eu-readelf doesn't mind the
thing.)
