Please consider reviewing
https://sourceware.org/pipermail/binutils/2026-March/148550.html that handle
the parsing of dtprel in gas and corresponding relocation
R_AARCH64_TLS_DTPREL64 in ld and gold.
I have tested it on local system where patched clang generates new syntax
mentions in ABI document - .xword %dtprel(t). Final binary can be debug with
GDB.
