Proposed fix: attach location views to DW_LLE_startx_endx/startx_length in
display_loclists_list
Patch against master (dwarf.c display_loclists_list). Adds the two indexed
bounded loclist forms to the location-view guard so the spurious "Hole and
overlap detection" warning is gone.
