Linux kernel BPF is gaining two new instructions UHMUL and SHMUL with the debut
of the CPU v5 ISA. These are unsigned and signed high-half 64-bit multiplies,
respectively. These insns are adopted from Solana BPF.
They are encoded as MUL with the offset16 field set to 1 for UHMUL or 2 for
SHMUL
We need to add ISA v5 support starting with these two new insns in gas/objdump.
