Cannot bootstrap CVS HEAD.

Hello,
I have just checkouted CVS HEAD and I can't ./bootstrap it.

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/sources/bison co .
./bootstrap
[...]


I have this problem on both OSX 10.4.10 and GNU/Linux Debian.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

PS: I have a bootstrapped tarball provided by Akim Demaille:

ln: creating symbolic link `lib/uniwidth/cjk.h': No such file or directory but it won't compile on Windows. I tried with MinGW but the compilation failed because of fork -- for obvious reasons.
