Platform win32 (Win-XP)
Version 2.1
If I install and run bison from c:\bin
I get the following error message:
bison: cannot open file `c:/share/bison/m4sugar/m4sugar.m4': No such file or
directory

If installed in the default location c:\Program Files\GnuWin32 things work.

I also found I had to post process the result and remove all 'inline' keywords
as the Microsoft 6.0 compiler does not like the syntax.
